Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy:

Orders placed with Sonder PC's are eligible for a 100% refund of the equipment cost within 14 days of the transaction date, provided the product is in excellent condition and the return is not due to a product defect, an order discrepancy, or a warranty claim. Refund processing may take between 7 and 21 business days. The PC must be in the same condition as when it was delivered or shipped. SonderPC LLC is not liable for damage caused by shipping carriers.

Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their orders at any time before they are shipped or delivered. Refunds may take between 7 and 21 business days to process.
