Warranty:

The warranty is voided when:

  • Standard warranties and/or warranty extension packages—including B2B warranties—are non-transferable. This includes, but is not limited to: 
    1. Resale of the computer by the original purchaser to another user.
    2. Use of the original purchaser as an intermediary by the subsequent owner to file warranty claims with SonderPC LLC.
  • Warranties provided by SonderPC LLC and labor fees do NOT apply to upgrades or the replacement of functional parts or models.
  • Defects or damage to the equipment, including but not limited to:
    1. Normal wear and tear
    2. Abuse
    3. Misuse of the equipment
    4. Electrical power issues
    5. Failure to perform preventive maintenance
    6. Malware or viruses installed by the customer (including "mods," etc.)
    7. Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
    8. Products for which SonderPC LLC has not received payment
  • SonderPC and/or Sonder B2B warranties do not cover any type of software. The warranty is voided if:
    1. Changes are made to the PC BIOS without the consent or direction of SonderPC LLC
    2. The equipment undergoes any form of overclocking or undervolting

We offer various payment options for our customers' convenience. These include third-party financing methods such as:

  • Affirm (US customers only)
  • PayPal Credit (discontinued)
  • Synchrony

If any of these financing methods are selected, an additional 6% charge will be applied to the total purchase amount. This charge covers costs associated with the processing and maintenance of these credit platforms.

The charge will be clearly indicated before the transaction is completed, and by proceeding with the purchase, the customer accepts this condition.

This charge complies with applicable regulations in Puerto Rico and is subject to review and adjustment based on changes in local laws or the policies of the financing platforms.

  1. Effective June 29, 2024, SonderPC LLC requires:A valid ID or legal identification document for purchases of $100 or more.
  2. Customers must be 18 years of age or older, or be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or authorized person, to purchase a PC.

Taxes, Duties, and Availability:

An 11.5% Sales and Use Tax (IVU)—comprising 10.5% state and 1% municipal tax—will be charged to customers residing in Puerto Rico. SonderPC LLC is registered solely with the Department of State and the Department of the Treasury of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Customers outside the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico will not be charged this tax, as SonderPC LLC is not registered to collect taxes in the 50 U.S. states, Guam, or the USVI. Customers outside the Puerto Rico jurisdiction are responsible for remitting any applicable taxes on their PC purchase to the appropriate tax authority (e.g., the IRS).

Due to market volatility, component shortages, and tariffs, lead times will be affected starting from the time the order is placed. In extreme cases, delivery may take up to 12 weeks. This excludes wholesale orders and orders from the Netwaix division. Due to import tariffs, prices will be adjusted for new inventory ordered on or after the date the tariffs take effect; these tariffs will not apply to existing inventory. Prices are subject to change, and customers will be notified of any adjustments. If a purchase is made before a tariff takes effect but the inventory for all or part of the system is acquired after the tariff is in force, the price difference for the affected component(s) will be charged.

We encourage customers to purchase their PCs as soon as possible to secure their place in the queue and ensure GPU allocation for their system.
